Returns & Refunds Policy

At Infinite-Realms, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Returns Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:
* Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
* Items must be returned in their original packaging
* Proof of purchase is required
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Footwear Sizing & Fit
Due to the nature of footwear, we strongly recommend checking our sizing guide before purchasing.
* Trying shoes on indoors is acceptable
* Shoes showing signs of outdoor wear or damage will not be accepted for return
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
* Items marked as final sale
* Gift cards (if applicable)
* Worn or damaged items not due to our error
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or item changes (subject to availability).
If you need a different size:

* Return the original item
* Once received and approved, we will send the replacement
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
* You will be notified of approval or rejection
* Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
6. Return Shipping
* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
* We recommend using a tracked shipping service
* We are not responsible for lost return parcels
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will offer:
* A replacement, or
* A full refund (including shipping, if applicable)
8. EU Consumer Rights
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, in accordance with consumer protection laws.
